Hi Ruth

I'm due to start tx in a couple of weeks (fingers crossed) after a month on Humira to lower my TNFa levels.  I've been taking super-strength fish oil capsules for the last month or so.  It says on the box not to take with any blood thinning drugs - well, to consult your doctor first.

I was told to take baby asprin during my treatment and I was wondering if it's still OK to take my fish oil supplements.  Even if I wasn't taking baby asprin, are super-strength fish oil supplements advisable when going through treatment?  The only other thing I take now is Folic Acid.

Your advice would be much appreciated.

I would drop the fish oil tabs while on the asprin for safety.
