Hi

This morning when changing J nappy I noticed some normal yellow mustard poo, then to the side was some green poo. Out of his 8/9 feeds a day, 6/7 of these are expressed breast milk and other 2 are formula which is has in the evening and middle of the night feed, his poo is normally yellow mustard like and plenty of it. So I'm just a little concerned what this green poo means? He seems quite fraccous yesterday and during the morning was crying for food approx every 1hr 30 mins, I have noted times/amounts
0730-90ml
0845-80ml
1015-120ml
1200-60ml
1330-120ml
1715-120ml
1930-130ml
0100-160ml
0500-100ml

Also he is very noisy making grunting/snorting type noises, this could be before a feed or after. I had his chest checked about 4 weeks ago and doc said it was fine, but he seems even noisier now.

Please can you offer any advise?

Many thanks

Hiya Di

I would personally get him rechecked as you have said that he is even nosier.

He may well have colic and the frequency of feeds plus the noises would suggest that this is the cause. However, its best to get him seen by GP to confirm this.

Let me know how you get on
