Hi,

I have a really blonde question to ask.

I am little confused about eating ham.  I understand that you should stir clear of cured meats, such as parma ham, (all those italian ones can't spell them).

I noticed however the other day when out shopping, that "normal" ham states cured, but also cooked.  Does it mean that it has been cured then cooked, as I always thought "normal ham" was safe to eat.  I am hoping it is, as at the start of my pregnancy I had a major thing for subway sandwich's, I was having the subway melt which has ham in it.

Hope this makes sense.

Love TQ.xxxx

Hi,

Normal ham is fine to eat, as long as it is cooked,
