hi im 29wks pregnant but measuring 31wks today i found a very hard lump about the size of a 50 pence right in the middle of my ribs (sternum i think) where you would do cpr its not protruding it deep down but still tender i veagly remember been tender here in my last pregnancy but not the lump do you have any idea what this could be or do you think it maybe just the uterus or even an hernia i see my ob on tuesday so will mention it then its just on my mind now.

Hi,

It's impossible to say without examining you, it could be due to your organs all being pushed up now, I doubt that it would be a hernia, but at least you can have it looked at on Tuesday,
