I am not a nurse but I would simply explain to them that you might be pregnant.  I am nearly 11 weeks pregnant and during the 5th week I developed an impacted, infected wisdom tooth.  I ended up on paracetamol and antibiotics as well as having three different local anesthetics whilst having the rogue tooth removed.  Little baby seems to have survived the whole ordeal well!

Good luck - hope you get a  ^reiki^!

Hi,

As a qualified dental nurse i can assure you that the dental injection has no affect on the unborn fetus and is totally safe.

Hope this helps
