Hi there

I know I'm probably going to sound like a  ^idiot^ but was just hoping for some reassurance  :-\ and wondered if anyone out there had had a similar experience. I got my BFP last sunday and have been having hcg levels monitored. The past two readings have tripled rather than doubled . I know most people worry that their levels arent going up enough but I am really scared this is too much and something is wrong. I have read high levels might mean downs syndrome  :-\

15dpo hcg 350
16dpo hcg 670
18dpo hcg 1800
20dpo hcg 5373

Thank you so much in advance  :-*

Hiya

Congrats on your BFP!!  :)

I had 2 expanded blasts transferred like you and your HCG levels are similar to what mine were..

14DPO - 259
15DPO - 384
18DPO - 1459

Don't worry they are not too high but may mean twins  :)

Good Luck!

Hi there

With Marcus my levels were

18 dpo 5116
20 dpo 9575
25 dpo 16388

I had a bleed before 25dpo which I suspect was vanishing twin.

Good luck

Jane

Hi Hatster,

Mine were very high too:

14 DPT  795

They had more than doubled at 16 DPT.

At the 7 and 9 week scans, they could only find 1 baby.  It wasn't until 12 weeks, the other one showed herself too.

Best of luck with your pregnancy.

Bickers x
