Hi
If you've ovulated & had plenty of

at the "right time" then there's a chance you will conceive...but sadly there's no guarantees as we all know. Sorry, I've not voted cos I just wouldn't want to say but here's hoping you have some good news...
I don't know what day you are in your cycle so bit difficult to make any comments.
Is the blood test you had to check progesterone level ? If so, this needs to be done 7 days past ovulation to confirm ovulation took place...unfortunately not every mature follie will have an egg in it, although I'd think majority do. I can't really advice regards slightly enlarged left ovary, unless perhaps that is where you ovulated from & the corpus luteum (the area on follicle where egg bursts & progesterone released from) is causing some sort of enlargement/swelling...not really sure.
Progesterone is what makes the womb nice & plump & healthy, ready for a fertilised egg. They like the womb thickness to be a minimum of 8mm. The womb should thicken up & then if no fertilization/implantation takes place will break down & the evil AF arrives.
Implantation usually occurs between 5 - 12 days past ovulation...you wouldn't get any early pg symptoms until implantation complete & hcg hormone starts being released...

If you've ovulated & your womb is a good thickness then that's really positive but there's no way of knowing if you've conceived until you test - what day are you in your cycle now & what cycle day did you ovulate ? Do you know what your test date would be ?
I would say that pg & period symptoms are so similar that it can be really frustrating as just don't know what's going on...the 2ww is such an anxious time as we notice every little twinge, especially if it's a "new" symptom for us. Also, without meaning to sound negative, the symptoms you mention are also very much linked with ovulation...
All I can say is relax & don't stress about any of it...and fingers crossed you get a BFP & won't be needing the clomid !
Good luck & take care
