Hi

I have just been told i have polycystic ovaries. I have been having injections for 7 days and have just been for my day 10 scan. They told me i have polycystic ovaries, and said i should have already been told before today but i havn't. Im really annoyed, last time i went to the hospital two weeks ago i was told that my left tube is blocked, only to be told today its my right one thats blocked. Are things looking very bleak for me, with one blocked tube and polycystic ovaries im finding it very hard to feel optimistic?
WSe have tried Clomid and that just made me feel awful. If anybody could help me or give me any knowledge on polycystic ovaries i would be very greatful

Hi

After i have finished the Menogon ( i take it for 3 cycles) do you think they will treat my pcos? They didnt say how bad it was, i felt like the doc had to rush? I have just been talking to my friend and she says about metformin, and that i could have been taking it?

:) hi there not sure about menongon but some of the other girls might know about it on ff there is no harm in asking ur doc or specialist about metformin a lot of the girls on here are on it some people don't like the side affects you can experience but i was determind to put up with that and i eventually got there and am on 3x850mg a day as well as clomid and i am just keeping my fingers crossed as it was my 1st cycle of clomid since a hosp mishap occured so i am just praying i will keep my fingers crossed for you and just ask at the end of the day you might be prescribed it and be on the way to your dreams take care from sab.
