Are you looking to have any treatment for pcos or fertility whilst on your holiday?? If not then you dont need it to be covered. you need to tell the insurance company that you have it.. so they are aware.. and they may ask you to agree that its not covered.
We had this problem when dh had cancer and he couldnt get insured...
Dh said if there was a problem id just get on the next flight home and then get it dealt with back here.. he didnt want to be meddled with in a foregin hospiatl. where they wont know his treatment regime or any allergies.
So as long as you tell them what youve had or got .. and dont want treatment for it when abroad you should just pay normal prices.. afterall if your pcos made you il whilst you were away they'd probably fly you home to treat you rather than deal with you there. and the fertility stuff... well you have to join to clinicsa etc to do that abroad.

Most holiday insurances cover emergency medical cover or flying you home for treatment.. so you should be ok arranging normal cover and just informing them of your treatment. also take an emergency number for your clinic before you go and if you have any problems call them and ask their advice
