Hi,

I have no houseplants at all in my home.  I'm starting to think we might benefit from a little greenery though... however my son likes to pluck and taste and I'm worried that he might eat leaves.  Are there any plants that you shouldn't have anywhere near your children or should you keep them all away.  I'd quite like something bigger in my lounge so it would sit on the floor and not out of L's reach.

Knew we should have just kept the plastic Xmas tree up....!

Any ideas folks?

xx

Hmmmm, no ideas really as babies love to pluck and eat everything. We have a lemon tree in our conservatory and Darcey is always eating the soil (if I don't stop her in time), and then smiling at me. So far she's eaten leaves off a few of the plants and hasn't come to any harm. :)

If you go to a good plant nursery or garden centre they should be able to advise you on what is ok to grow with children around. I have to admit all our plants are out of N's reach!
