I am new to this board and about to embark on the de route.  I have seen the names of a few IM  and IVI in Barcelona and Ceram - and am really heartened by all the success stories!!

But on a practical note how do you select a clinic in Spain?  Is there a national register with stats or do you have to approach each clinic individually?  Do the rates vary enormously?  Has anyone tried any of the cost sharing schemes, such as that offered by the IM?  What kind of legal redress do you have if there are problems?  Do you need insurance? 

Are there any books about going abroad for IVF?  How did you do your research? Are there any specialist sites about going abroad for ed?

Would really appreciate any advice

HI  - the best thing is to email each of the clinics (you can check out there websites as well), and then its a gut feel i suppose - if you want send me an IM with your email address I will send you a table I made looking at the differences between Ceram and IM taking awhole lot of factors into account - on that list is the website address and email address of each clinic (I didnt look at IVF but it gets good reports as well).
