We have just had a TESE of which the results are being whizzed off to the lab. We have been told that they couldn't confirm whether the sperm found (very few) were immature or mature.

We know that immature sperm cannot be used, but can it be cultivated in a lab until mature?

Yesterday was all a bit of a daze, so still have some unanswered questions whilst awaiting the test results.

Any help would be appreciated.

Nat - I realise it's a bit late but at JR they did a tx called MOST to grow from the strands they found on ma balls.
Maybe this could be possible for future tx.  Catch ya back on MF thread.

Regards
Andy
