Hi
We are between treatments, and I am trying to be healthy (diet, exercise, vits, etc) but we are having a lot of work done in our house and as if I didn't have enough to worry about, I'm now fretting about breathing in dust and dirt from all the sanding that's going on not to mention the paint fumes.
Help! Not sure what to do about this or how much impact it could have! Need some advice if possible.
Thank you!

I don't think you need to worry about anything.  I think things like paint fumes etc. are only to be avoided if you are actually pregnant, but check with your clinic/doctor if it will put your mind at rest.

When you consider the amount of pollution we breath in every day just by walking down the street, I'm sure a bit of household dust and grit will be OK :)

Hi ya,

You can always try using ECOS paints from www.ecospaints.com they are all toxic free.

A few of my friends use them also to be safe.

Good luck!
