Hello,

I am 40/DH 40 with unexplained infertility.  1 1/2 yrs ago become pg unassisted ended in mc with trisomy 21.  I am now on ivf #2 and thing have been going well the doc says looks good on paper.  However I am triggering tonight and scheduled for retrieval on Thursday but my estradol # has decreased from 2480 to 2356.  I am very concerned about this. During my 1st ivf my numbers rose to 4,069 before retrieval.  I have a call into my clinic but had to leave a voicemail message.  Should I be worried?  I am.  I would appreciate any advice you could give.

Update - I just got a call from my nurse and she said sometimes the estradol # drops when the follies are finished growing and it is time for hcg and retrieval.  Happily all is well. Thank you.  -  Hopefully this information will help out someone else sometime.
