Hi all, not sure really just wanted some advice I think. My partner and I both have children from previous marriages, and after her last child my partner was sterilised. We have spoken about children but never really looked into how or what we could do about it. She is 40+ so from what we've read things don't look to bright but we're not sure. can anyone offer any advice or general help please?

Trev,
there are some hormone level tests that can be done to check on your partner's egg viability, the one that everyone talks about is their AMH levels.
This will give you a good indication of how likely it is that your partner's eggs are viable.  ( by sterilised, i am guessing that she had her fallopian tubes clipped or snipped?)
