Hiya - i haven't started yet, so can't give any advice, just wanted to say hi and hang in there - I think it's quite normal to take 4, 5 or 6 goes from what I've been reading. Fingers crossed for you.

I'm starting in June - i have to wait as I'm going to be taking malaria tablets next month and need to wait 6 weeks after I've stopped. Going to have IUI, i think natural, but may need to go for stimulated cycle due to PCOS - still having the tests done.

I hope it's going to be 3rd time lucky for you! There seem to be a fair few success stories on here.

Hi Laura, I am new to this site and have just noticed your post.  I can't give you any advice, we are just about to start our IUI treatment (we have an appointment on Thursday), but wanted to send you some positive thoughts.  I can only imagine how horrible you are feeling right now, I hope that everything goes okay for you, and that the feelings about your period coming were wrong!

hi jue jue welcome.. 2ww means - 2 week wait. its the day you get inseminated to the day u do the test. You have to leave 2 weeks until u do test so you know u more than likely got the right result.. good luck for march fingers crossed for you.. wish you the very best of luck xx :)

The appointment went well thanks!  We are starting our first round of IUI at the start of my next period in about 3 weeks, I feel excited and scared at the same time!  We are having the treatment via the NHS, I don't know what we will do if this doesn't work because I don't think we could afford to pay privately for IVF, I guess we will cross that bridge when we come to it.

I hope that you are feeling ok.  Hopefully it is third time lucky for you! X
