Hi ladies,

I am wondering if I could have your advice of what PCT's in Manchester are currently offering free cycles of IVF and what the waiting lists are like?

I have just had a private failed cycle and can't afford another privately and so am trying to consider my options.

I would be so grateful for any replies you could give me

From what I've been told from Stockport pct is that if you've had private you won't get on nhs...

Have you searched on Manchester pct in regards to qualifying into the program?

You have to be of a certain age, bmi under 30, no children previously, non smoker, no drinking, (same for OH)

And at the moment try look to work on an 18 week basis where you call them at the day 1 an if they can slot you in within the 18 weeks they will- that's their aim- you are to drop everything when thu give you the green light....

Xx new fund g always comes in April- best go to a gp to get a referral though

Thanks Jen,
I've got my GP to refer me to St Mary's so we'll see what they say.
Good luck for your ET tomorrow!

xx
