???  Hi Again Ruth,

I recently have been getting bad endo pain and headaches and the only thing that helps is Ibuprofen 400mg, which last for 8 hours and are very good. I also have sternum pain and bad back too, so helps with this also. But, as I'm TTC I was a tad worried that I shouldn't be using NSAIDS. I read somewhere that if youre TTC you should avoid them. But, it's rather difficult when in a lot of pain. I don't use them every day, but more so around my period time or if back plays up?!
What do you think ?

Thanks in advance.  Jo x

I know what you mean! I was taking nsaids for ankle pain, it didn´t stop me conceiving but I stopped as soon as I found out I was pregnant. If you are having them mainly around period time, I would say that´s not so bad as the chances of you conceiving at that point is pretty low! I would suggest just be careful of when you use them and avoid mid cycle. Maybe try with paracetamol when mid cycle.

Thanks very much Ruth for that  :)
I will try and avoid them around ovulation time then (which is now!).

Thanks.  Jo x
