Raised this as a new topic rather than a current one (see Natural Medicated FET).

I am 41, with a regular cycle and no known problems other than current age. I have 4 embryos left in storage from a previous successful first attempt at IVF in 2003 (when I was 39) at The Lister.  I have had 2 children naturally from previous relationship.

I am considering a FET later this year to try for a sibling and I am interested whether for someone in my situation which FET is more relevant to try ?

If it is by IVF I suspect I will have only one attempt possible due to the % thaw out success rate ... embryo survival rates etc. etc.

I would suggest a medicated FET to give you the best chance as our hormones can alter the older we get and the medicated FET regulates and ensures you have the right hormones at the right time.
