I have just had my 2nd failed icsi and was wodering the bleed i now have is that a normal period or will i wait until next months period before i start trying naturally to conceive as will try anything now. I never have used ovulation kits but am willing to try.

I would think that this bleed would be classed as a normal period, so you could try this month,
