Hi all,

Same old story here again, I have PCOS and overweight, tried and tried to lose weight but really struggling now, I have more incentive as starting IVF in a few months, just wondering if anyone with PCOS has lost the weight and how did you do it?

hi chris

i was told that the best way for pcos sufferers to lose weight was to cut out complex carbs, it worked for me as i lost 3 stone , still have a way to go but really helped!
Also metformin can help with weight loss if you are a pcos sufferer with insulin resistance?
