After all the discussion on pineapples i found this whilst diging for info, it states that drinking certain juices including pineapple can help with endometriosis

Hi Girls,
I started drinking pineapple juice this month. I usually have to take as much as 800mg of ibuprofen in one  dose (not a good idea but necessary!) on day 1 to kill the pain of my period and subsequent doses over the following 24 hours.
This month I've not needed any! Also noticed more cm but it may be a coincidence. Not pg yet but hope it helps that too!
