I've had my results back and also had my follow up consultation with Dr Gorgy over the phone but still confused.  Many thanks

TNF-a:IL-10 (CD3=CD4 )    32.1 - I think he said I need Humera for this?

These aren't all your results - the comments he has made about antibodies relate to a test called leukocyte antibody detection - lad, which isn't here - look under L in the faq.

your 50:1 is fine, so the reason for having intralipids, clexane and aspirin is either just to be belts and braces because of the slightly high cd19+5+ (look in the FAQ under N for NK assay) and tnfa cytokine, or its because of something else in your medical history/other tests. the extra progesterone is because of the cd19+5+

Thank you so much, you're right I realised the LAD results were missing I have asked for a copy of these.  How can he tell I've had embryo's trying to implant do you think? x

I presume he means your LAD is not particularly low, which means your blood contains antibodies that recognise your DH's white blood cells. the theory is that the most likely way your blood has encountered his protein markers is most likely through implantations/pregnancies with embryos created with his sperm  - but it could also result from previous implantations/pregnancies with your ex partners.  have a look under L for LAD in the FAQ
