IFN-f:IL-10(CD3 CD4 )      12.6

NK assay w/Intralipid

50:1 w/Intralipid 1.5 mg/ml  7.1
25:1 w/Intralipid 1.5 mg/ml  4.4

NK Assay (%Killed) panel

  Hi

I've had my results back and also had my follow up consultation with Dr Gorgy over the phone but still confused.  Many thanks

TNF-a:IL-10 (CD3=CD4 )    32.1 - I think he said I need Humera for this?
IFN-f:IL-10(CD3 CD4 )      12.6

NK assay w/Intralipid

50:1 w/Intralipid 1.5 mg/ml  7.1
25:1 w/Intralipid 1.5 mg/ml  4.4

NK Assay (%Killed) panel

50:1                                  9.5
25:1                                  6.4  12.5:1                              2.5  IgG conc12.5 50:1              3.2  IgG conc 12.5 25:1              5.7  IgG conc 6.25 50:1              2.5  IgG conc 6.25 25:1              5.0  % CD3                              85.1 - I think this is high?  % CD19                              2.4  % CD56                            10.6  % CD19+ cells, CD5+            12.5 - I think this is high?    TH1:TH2 intracellular cytokine ratios  TNF-a:IL-10 (CD3+CD4+)      32.1 - I think he said I need Humera as it should be under 25  IFN-g:IL-10 (CD3+CD4+)        12.6    NK assay w/Intralipid  50:1 w/Intralipid 1.5 mg/ml      7.1  25:1 w/Intraliped 1.5 mg/ml    4.4    He's told me I need Humera, Intralipid, LIT, Baby Asprin 75mg, Clexane and extra Progesterone supplements but I don't know why, also he said he can see from these results there has been embryo's trying to implant and I have got antibodies - what does this mean?  I'd be really greatful for any explanations I can get.  I'm so confused.  Many thanks

TNF-a:IL-10 (CD3=CD4 ) 32.1 - I think he said I need Humera for this?yes. because its over 30. have a look in the faq under C for cytokine ratio and h for humira
IFN-f:IL-10(CD3 CD4 ) 12.6

NK assay w/Intralipid

50:1 w/Intralipid 1.5 mg/ml 7.1
25:1 w/Intralipid 1.5 mg/ml 4.4

NK Assay (%Killed) panel

50:1 9.5
25:1 6.4
12.5:1 2.5
IgG conc12.5 50:1 3.2
IgG conc 12.5 25:1 5.7
IgG conc 6.25 50:1 2.5
IgG conc 6.25 25:1 5.0

% CD3 85.1 - I think this is high? only just
% CD19 2.4
% CD56 10.6 %
CD19+ cells, CD5+ 12.5 - I think this is high? yes, slightly high

These aren't all your results - the comments he has made about antibodies relate to a test called leukocyte antibody detection - lad, which isn't here - look under L in the faq.

your 50:1 is fine, so the reason for having intralipids, clexane and aspirin is either just to be belts and braces because of the slightly high cd19+5+ (look in the FAQ under N for NK assay) and tnfa cytokine, or its because of something else in your medical history/other tests. the extra progesterone is because of the cd19+5+

Thank you so much, you're right I realised the LAD results were missing I have asked for a copy of these.  How can he tell I've had embryo's trying to implant do you think? x

I presume he means your LAD is not particularly low, which means your blood contains antibodies that recognise your DH's white blood cells. the theory is that the most likely way your blood has encountered his protein markers is most likely through implantations/pregnancies with embryos created with his sperm  - but it could also result from previous implantations/pregnancies with your ex partners.  have a look under L for LAD in the FAQ
