I am going to stick to this - I reckon I need to loose about a stone to a stone and a half :(

Going to get a ticker in a bit.

I am hoping by cutting my portion sizes, the snacks and with a bit more excersise I should be ok.

Count me in i feel like mat lucas off little brittan at the mo  ;D  I need to loose a stone at least. Already lost 1 stone 5 since birth but now stuck  :(

hello

I have at least 2 stone to lose! I am 13 st 11 lb and I am 5' 7"


I do ok for about an hour then just give up!!!!!! I finish the kids meals and have such a sweet tooth. I havejust joined a gym but don't always have the motivation to go.

I hate my muffin top : (

I am going on holiday in just over 5 weeks just to lose 1/2 a stone would be great

I have my ticker now on profile.

I am 11st :(  and I am aiming for 9 and a half which is what I was before the kids came along !!

Little bit gutted tolearn I wont loose the skin flap where they did the c-section :(

Weigh day for me will be on a wed

Weight 89 kg

BMI 30.7

Going to the gym on fri night

Having salmon and salad for tea not thought about lunch yet.

Having chicken stir fry tomorrow.

Would be great to hear of low fat meal ideas that are different to salad ( although not worlds greatest cook)

buying clothes for hols and bought everything in a size 14 yeah!!!!!

started walking everywhere which is actually a really good release so multi purpose

any recipes ? Bored of salads and stir frys!!!!
