Hi I had my et yesterday and noticed last night after using the toilet that some light brown splodges fell out in the loo, could this just be from the pessaries or is it anything to worrie about?
Boyfriend thinks it could just be left over from the procedure and nothing could just fall out from the womb? sure he's right but wanted to check here too.?
Cheers, gato.

Hi

I think brown blood is usually old blood, and so this is prob from e/c, or sometimes cervix bleeds after e/t.

The embryos wont fall out!

good luck.

Hi Gato,

I agree with Helen, the brown is old and so is probably from EC or irritation to the cervix after ET.

My clinic told me to picture a sandwich with very thick strawberry jam (lining of the uterus) and then to imagine sprinkling a couple of hundreds and thousands on (embies).  They are not going to fall out hun they are tucked up nice and warm.

Send them strong growing thoughts!!

Good luck to you!
