Hi Guys

sorry if this has already been brought up but was wondering if anyone had changed to green tea and noticed a difference, having a look at what i drink, everything seemed to have caffeine in it so have switched to natural juice and green tea (love my tea  )  Has anyone heard of any benefits connnected to this?
