hi - i am returning back to FF after several months off as i lost a very close member of my family that knocked me for six. I now want to refresh my mind and focus on what we all want out there. I had my days 1-3 tests done last month and the results were FSH 9.6, oestradiol 215 pmol/l , LH 5.1, prolactin 120mu/L, thryoid 2.41 - none of this means anything to me and my dr said they were ok but nothing more than that.

what advice would you give to lifestyle as i am trying to destress myself now and stay off the alchohol with the end goal in mind but wow it is not easy to change overnight.

I have started to read about immune testing given I am 38, and had one failed IVF cycle behind me - what are peoples views on this in terms of its value as there is no real evidence one way or the other. Also has anyone done Immune testing before their monitoring cycle started with their clinic as i have a whole month before monitoring can start. Has anyone done the immune process directly themselves with Chicago as i have seen the post about how one can do that compared to paying over 800 to the clinic?

Can also someone advice on all the refund on drugs stuff is about as i have read lots of people doing that. I do have medical insurance so want to make sure i know what i am asking for. Are there any items of the IVF process that you can claim ?
Final question on my post is ARGC, initial impressions are not so through as the DR hadnt even read my notes or knew what my current results were showing until i pointed it all out.. feel quite nervous as we simply are not cash rich like most folk out there!

Would love to hear from anyone and its so Good to be back

Wanted to say Hello and welcome you to FF, my role here of FF as a volunteer is to make sure you find your way as easy as possible, hopefully this message will do that :) Am so glad that you have found us, hopefully you will meet like minded people that will help and support you through what can be a very hard stressful journey. There are many members here on FF with a true understanding of what you are going through at all stages that infertility throws at you :( FF has brought so many people together and helps form many new friendships that may last many years, I certainly have and my life is richer for it. It's hard when family and friends don't fully comprehend what the IF journey entails and the emotions that go with it, That's where FF comes in to play.
