What exactly is the cause of the AF symptoms on the 2ww.  I think that this question will help a lot of us.  Also would it be helpful to put in a link of all frequently asked questions together, so that they are easier to access, instead of scrolling through past posts?? Just a thought, hope Im not being annoying!!!

In answer to your question, it is normal to get af symptoms in 2ww because the cyclogest or whatever progesterone supplement you have can mimic the symptoms because you get an increase of progesterone before af. Also the cyclogest can also mimic the symptoms of early pregnancy so you never know for sure what it is you are expereincing until you do that hpt!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do women experience af pains in this two week period who are not on any medication, for example if they are having unmedicated FET?  Or do women who conceive naturally experience af symptoms during this time?

I would say you would get af pains even in unmedicated as you still get that peak of progesterone.
