Hiya,

Sorry I'm pestering you again.

I was in a meeting at work today and felt really giddy and hungagy and got the shakes.  I couldn't actaully write properly as I felt too shakey.... is this normal, I had had breakfast but was hungary as it was nearing lunchtime.... is this normal or should I see my GP?

Hi,

Those babies are taking a lot of energy out of you, so you need to keep your blood sugar up by eating little and often.  Try having a snack in between breakfast and lunch and see if that helps,

There is just no way of hiding I'm preg it seems!  I already have a bump and don't fit in  my clothes and now I'm going to start stuffing my face in meetings now too!!  ::)

Thanks, I thought it may be a lack of food thing (although did think I ate pretty well breakfast!!).

Thanks again!
