Hi

I am in 3rd week of DR with Synarel and had my AF last week. Today however I have some spotting and I read on the Synarel instructions that this may happen if you miss a dose. I have't missed any, but I was about 4 hours late a few days ago?? Do you think I am not spraying properly or is this spotting normal

Being slightly paranoid as on business in Japan and noone to talk to..... help.....

Normal, the nasal spray is just keeping your body down regulated so it´s OK to have spotting at thsi point.
