Anyone heard any advice on this. I am waiting to see my consultant later this month but as I am in and out of hospitals all day I'm concerned about the risk of flu but also about getting the jab while on steroids. I'm taking 25mgs of pred and due to start weaning down next friday (all still going well).

Just wondering what has been suggested to everyone else.

Hi starting out,
My GP gave me a certain type of flu jab that is suitable for people on steroids (I've been on 25mg for about 6 weeks now).  I can't remember the name of it though - just mention it to your GP and I'm sure they will be able to advise you.

Thanks for that. Good to know there is one specific for people on steroids. I'd say our GP doesn't see that many on immune treatment for IVF so wanted to be armed with info!
