I wonder if you could help me please.

I saw a nutritionist this week and based on my previous history was recommended the above made up of the following:

Saccaramyces Boulardii
Lactobacillus GC Culturelle
Lactobacillus Plantarum Rhamnosus Salivarius
Bifido Bacterium T Powder

These are all in tablet form except the last one which is a powder put in water. I have been advised that these can and should be taken pretreatment, during and if successful up to 12 weeks of pregnancy.

I was advised that there is a good case for the gut being balanced and NK cells reduced to achieve and maintain a pregnancy .

I haven't been tested for raised NK cells and have to admit I know very little about them, however taking supplements does sound like a good idea. I have been told they carry a good success rate.

Has anyone heard of this and any advice on taking these? Are they safe?

I know there are expensive (around £70 a month) but will give anything a try if it can help/support me achieve a pregnancy.

Would appreciate any feedback or comments.

Many thanks,
