Hi FF .. I neeeeddd youuuuu !!!

I am sniffing synarel (on day 11) and have been swimming ... I go pretty regular but it has just hit me IS THIS OK ? I don't swim until about 4pm which is a good 7 hrs after my morning sniff but i am worried that I am washing it all away when water goes up my nose. Please help!!  Is this ok ? Does anybody else swim while sniffing ?
