Hello girls,

I'm on a break from tx at the moment and am really getting into the whole healthy eating thing, exercise, acupuncture etc and ttc naturally until we cycle again (probably in the Autumn).

We're using OPK's so I can pinpoint peak fertility etc. so my question is, after BMS around this time, should I hold off on the exercise until AF?  Can I carry on swimming, going to the gym etc. Or would I be better off not doing anything during the second phase of the cycle?

It's funny, on one hand I think, well sitting around on my ar*e hasn't worked over the last 5 years so maybe exercise is the way forward, but I've read so much about not swimming or exercising during 2ww.

Anyone got any thoughts/ experience?
