Hi, I just had a miscarriage after a DE embryo transfer -- at 10 days pregnant. The operating doctor said I had a uterine septum, but added no further details, and I didn't ask, since I had no idea what he was talking about. I am 45 and this was my first pregnancy and obviously if I try again, it has to be very soon! The clinic in the Czech Republic where I live suggested a hysteroscopy. But do I get a 3D ultrasound first? Does this sort of thing not show up on the transvaginal ultrasound? Is that why it wasn't spotted before???? I just feel awful that maybe the miscarriage could have been prevented...Thanks!
