Hello,

I suffer quite badly with PMS (bloating, joint pain, headaches ~ I can cope with everything, but the joint pain is horrendous)  and see my DR for the joint pain.  Problem is, they can't give me anything, as I'm TTC.  ::)
A friend recommended Vitamin B6, as did my previous Dr, but I forgot to mention to my Dr this week if its ok to take in the 2ww?

Does anyone else know?

Dear Marielou
My prenatal supplement has Vitamin B6 in it (10mg).  You would probably be best to take it as part of a balanced prenatal supplement rather than on its own.  Also, it may be that the dose recommended for PMS might be higher than advisable when TTC - you probably need to check with your doctor about this.
