Can someone please give me some advice as to how to gain weight as opposed to losing it?  I have PCOS, and I am a naturally thin person (as are my family).  I weigh only 7.25 stone and I'm 5'4" tall.  I eat reasonably, I don't diet at all.  In fact I do eat a lot of burgers and chips  ;)
I know this isn't a problem usually associated with PCOS, but I'm concerned that weight may be playing a factor in my ability to sustain a pregnancy.
Can you help?

Have you tried protein drinks and supplements? These are what are given to people in hospital to put on weight.
