I have decided not to use humria this time around and will try to lower my TNFa with diet and resveratrol.

Ive had a look on the net and it seems there are many different types of resveratrol.

i read in a previous post that solgar or natures plus is good but you get 100mg or 250mg and some say vegetable capsules and others have red wine extract. Any ideas what is best?
