I was told that my pregnancy test result following FET was negative, but when I called them two days later to inform them that I had book further tests at a private clinic they informed me that they had made a mistake and that I was actually pregnant.  A week later I went for a blood test which revealed that I was no longer pregnant.  Do I have a claim against them?

Medical claims are outside my area of expertise, but my instinct would be that you would struggle to establish a claim for this kind of thing.  You may want to explore any complaints procedure available if you want to take this further, or make contact with a lawyer specialising in litigation/medical negligence work.
