I practise astanga yoga, I find it excellent for stress relief, my teacher says its fine to practise while TTC but to inform her of ET & successful pregnancy as certain moves become unsuitable, my friend has practised throughout pregnancy. Good Luck,
I practise Hatha Yoga via a course, although I do practise other yoga in my home practice. As Shahzy says some moves are not recommended if you are pregnant or heavily menstruating so these should be avoided. Good yoga teachers will say this when conducting a practice.
