gorgy offers more tests and will focus on possible infections as well as the chicago tests.

care's mark up on tests seems a little more but you might end up having fewer consults because their offering is a bit simpler -so they may end up costing less than seeing gorgy in the end.

care will tend to stop treatments by 12 weeks whereas gorgy will tend to treat you for longer - which could cost quite a bit more in treatments and retests

gorgy prescribes ivig, humira, lit and antibiotics much more often than care does - those could all add a lot to the overall cost, but then its just possible that they prove to be something that helps you but that isn't available through care.

care is probably a bit more organised but everything seems to take longer whereas you can see gorgy quickly but you have to be organised yourself.

care follows a bit more of a process - so you will basically probably get  their 'immune package' of intralipids, clexane and prednisolone, whereas with gorgy, depending what your results are you may be on that plus humira, lit, ivig and antibiotics. 

before deciding maybe look at the standard ivf results for st marys and for care in case one is significantly better than the other for ivf because that will be part of your decision too

there are pros and cons of both!

maybe read up about the tests and if you decide you definitely want to be able to consider all the extra stuff that gorgy does, go to gorgy... but if not, then Care would be good too.
