Is it safe to eat?

Hi

Just a quick question from me....I will be 9 weeks pregnant tomorrow and can you tell me if it is safe to eat prawns?  I thought I read something once that said to avoid shellfish but I'm not sure and can't find the reference to it anymore!

Any help/advice would be appreciated
