Think I might have done a little too much this morning moving things around at work.

I am 19+5 today and I keep getting pains under my bump on the left hand side and feeling nauseous - do you think I just over did it and I'll be ok?   NO bleeding or spotting.

Hiya,

Probably nothing to worry about. You should be taking it easy though  ^bigbad^ I remember having sharp twinges/pains in later stages as things just keep stretching . Also had days where I felt a bit nauseous too late on. I'd imagine that with twins you're more prone to this as you get bigger earlier (iyswim) Both are common and nothing to be concerned about. Do mention it to midwife when you see her next if you need reasssurance.

Get your feet up  ;)

Feet up and relax for the rest of today. You should listen to what your body tells you hun :)
It sounds like you've been doing too much - leave the lugging round to others.

I'm answering all your posts today  ;D  are you constipated hun this would also cause nausea if you haven't moved your bowels in quite a few days!! cause where you are describing is where your bowel is babe it also might just be getting moved around now as the stage you are at is beggining to move your organs about!

I ended up being ok, took it easy in the evening, think I have learnt my lesson about over doing it at work now.  The pains have gone totally an dgot the nausea again today but think thats unrelated.
